Belgium chocolate with class
I'm going to try to avoid walking past Cacao. The kids will be nagging again. They are desperate to try another Cacao individually hand made chocolates and who can blame them?.

We always drool over the exclusive range of chocolates. They are nothing like the plebs of the chocolate world sold in supermarkets. The chocolates are truly a work of art. My daughter is convinced she could wear the chocolate high heel shoe. It looks so real. But perfection comes at a cost. The cheapest individual mouth sized chocolate treat is $2. Chocolates come in boxes for special occasions and can be gift wrapped. With the range of sweets and treats they have I am surprised that the Salted caramel macaroon is the most popular purchase.

Cacao also sell freshly baked pastries, macaroons, savouries, baguettes & sumptuous cakes. They can create hampers, party boxes, sell gift vouchers, wedding bonboniere and wedding cakes. They sell the usual hot drinks but I don't think they should allow you to buy coffee in this store. It's got to be a hot or iced chocolate made from Belgium chocolate.

The Doncaster store is conveniently located in a prime position near Pandora so that you can be a shopper observer while being totally indulgent. You can watch the kids running up the walkway to the indoor playground and envy at the shoppers emerge from the clothes store where I admired a jacket until I saw the $800 price tag.

Cacao also have stores in Fitzroy Street St Kilda, Rosamond Road Maribyrnong and on the corner of Bourke and Elizabeth Street, Melbourne. However, do not fear if these are too far away. You can shop online for their four hour delivery (Melbourne Metro only). It's nice to know if you get desperate you only have to wait for 240 minutes until your next Cacao chocolate fix.

Could this be the tale of Cinderella and the chocolate slipper? Eat is before midnight or it will melt.
