Caboolture Markets, at the showgrounds every Sunday and since 1979, has developed into the largest market in South East Queensland. One popular area of the markets is a gardener's delight with the huge variety of plants for sale.

No matter what your aim is for your garden or indoors, I'm sure you will find what you need at the Caboolture markets. Combined with reasonable prices and sellers that know all about the plant you are purchasing, this is the place to go for your plants.

Succulents are in great demand these days. A blessing for those who are not gardeners. I saw a stunning variety of these for sale. As I gave my nephew one for his 21st 10 years ago and it's still alive, is testament to that.

On the other end of the scale, there are fruit trees for long term planning. Vegetable plants and herbs that are ready for transplanting out into your veggie garden are always popular. Orchid lovers can drool over the stunning array of flowers as they make their choice. These always excellent gifts too.

So come along to the Caboolture markets which open very early until 11.30 am every Sunday. You can also grab a hearty breakfast or just a coffee. There's a wide choice in the food department too.

Plenty of parking. My favourite time to arrive is mid-morning. Many people have already left and I always get a park near the gates.
