This is definitely an event you will not want to miss. It is in the Margaret River region and what a nice place to get away from it all. Perhaps spend a few days around this stunning area. Food is so good around here and wine is even better!
At this event, there will be heaps of regional produce and the events will showcase the best of the Margaret River Region in winter. It will be a grand celebration of all things good in the middle of winter and roaring fires.
There will be more than 30 unique events such as winter feasts, rich wines, fantastic parties, live music. There will even be some weird and wonderful, decadent and raucous events to attend.
It will be on from 19th to 28th July 2019. There's a huge mix of events at more than 35 venues across the Margaret River and Busselton region. You will be able to have such things as cheese, wine, chocolate, comfort food, beautiful landscapes, bonfires, brews, live music and more.
This year, there will be more events than before and at epic venues. There will also be some secrets not revealed till the last moment and of course, heaps of that country hospitality.

* RANSACK THE CELLARThis is a special shiraz museum wine tasting. Cape Grace founder Robert Karri-Davies and winemaker Dylan Arvidson are going to take you on a tasting adventure of the best small batch, basket pressed Shiraz releases from the vineyard's past 15 years. You will get to taste five outstanding museum tastings and discover all about them.

* SENSEI MIKI'S FLAVOUR MASTERCLASS - DASHI. SAKE. UMAMI
Sensei Miki is back with one of his exclusive Cabin Fever Masterclasses! Head Chef Mikihito Nagai is going to share the art of Japanese cooking in an afternoon around his open-style kitchen. You will need to book quickly as this is sure to sell out.

* FOOD TRUCK FRENZYHere there will be many fabulous food vans coming into town for a special edition of the Margaret River Night Markets. Make sure you put on warm clothing and taste the best sweet and savoury food from a truck. This will be held in an undercover space plus there will be a pop-up bar. * MANY HANDS, MANY LANDS - A WORLD FEAST
This is for all the foodies out there with delectable fare from all over the world. Voyager Estate's international chefs draw inspiration from their heritage, they will challenge one another to create the most incredible dish. Every plate is also paired with international wine varieties from the region in Margaret River and chosen by Voyager's Italian Sommelier. There will be five-courses prepared by world-class chefs from Spain, Germany, France, Korea, Thailand and Australia.

* SECRET DINNER
This will be clandestine dining, with the return of the Secret Dinner Series. This is designed for intimate groups who want their meals top secret and delicious.
Your multi-course feast will be paired with premium beverages and held at an exclusive location. This Secret Dinner is for luxe seekers. It could be truffles by the fire on a private vineyard estate, hosted by a well-known chef. This will be a sell out, so make your bookings as soon as possible as it is always a popular event.

There will be a great range of ports and fortified wine with a light-hearted port-laden adventure. This will be brought to you by the people at Happs. Aaah, cheese toasties - love 'em! Forget gourmet. Winter is about cheese on toast done right. The idea is to lift your cheese toastie game. This is done by pitting the best chefs in town against each other in order to come up with the best ever cheese toastie on the west coast. You will get to sample these as well!

* HIP HOP YOGA BRUNCH
Have a five-course share style vegetarian brunch by Rua Teweehi. Start with a cocktail and an hour of yoga led by Nerida of Peak Yoga (and beer yoga infamy). After that, have your brunch, served with cocktail carafes and paired with wine by LS Merchants.

This is going to be an all-you-can-eat Yum Cha at Caves Road. You will get a wine or beer on arrival then sit down to choose which Yum Chas you would like.
