C1 Cafe Brasserie at the opulent Chatswood Chase shopping centre provides a creative yet productive ambience. Love the ship theme and the abundance of space. Has been a great locale for me in the past for a few important business meetings. This establishment has that type of vibe, but is also a suitable place to catch up for a simple coffee and lunch with someone you have not seen in a long time.

It is simple, yet could easily be rated as one of Sydney's most overrated brasseries. The coffee isn't too bad, yet it isn't memorable or overly special or spectacular either. The prices are worthwhile, fairly cheap for coffee, but it is slightly expensive when it comes to eating something. On the occasions I have been, I was grateful for the service I received. It is up to you if you wish to give this busy yet upbeat brasserie a try.

I went there over the weekend as a new family of 5, we asked for a table of 4 plus the pram with the newborn. Was told by the owner that he couldnt seat us (the restaurant was half empty!!!!!!) as there was nowhere for the pram!!! Was astounded that he didnt want our business - he said it was 'his rules'. What bad service!!!! WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN!

They have tables for mums with prams and the owner was very charming. Fantastic spot, food was the best I've had in a long time
