Byron Easy Bus is a small bus shuttle service helping clients travel from airports to accommodation in the Byron Bay area. Shuttle buses are useful to travellers for many reasons compared to alternative modes of transport. At official bus service webpages at byronbayshuttle.com.au/information/some-good-reasons/174 are some great reasons to travel (by shuttle bus) to Byron Bay! Destinations include but aren't limited to Ballina, Casino, Lismore, Suffolk Park, Gold Coast, Brisbane and its airport terminals and a connection service can be booked to the Sunshine Coast. Contact is from 6685 7447 if calling within NSW but add a 02 prefix if calling outside of.

The iconic lighthouse is a must-see on a trip to Byron Bay

I took a trip with Byron Easy Bus from my Byron Bay accommodation to Brisbane's Roma Street Station on the Brisbane2Byron Express with images of the vehicle used shown in this review. When I enquired about my booking, customer service was really helpful on the contact number of 6685 7447, that number as indicated above, and it was seamless to change my ticket and promptly email me with a new ticket when I made a slight alteration to my travel plans. Email is possible as seen on the company contact page . Booking online was fine as well, and I look forward to rebooking with them having learnt from the first experience of assuming the airport was the only drop-off point. It is a shuttle service, so it has many possible pick-up and drop-off points.

An image of Byron Easy Bus buses can be seen at byronbay.com/byron-easy-bus . I believe most of the fleet are just little shuttle buses and not big full-sized buses, overall, that can be very comfortable and sometimes the ticket prices level out with those of major coach companies depending on demand. In terms of the trip itself, from Byron Bay accommodations to Brisbane Roma Street (the service goes beyond Roma Street to the airports), it leaves the bus interchange in Byron Bay at 9.45 AM and arrives at Roma Street at 12.20 PM, so it's quick, yet still makes a complete stop at the Gold Coast Airport, with opportunity to stretch the legs. Everything was done well and overall it had much appeal - stops are shorter because it's a small bus so it's very reliable.
