Grab a taste of Korea in the heart of Melbourne
Introducing the latest dining addition to Melbourne Central - Buza Chicken. Your new favourite date night spot is a chicken lover's dream - a delicately cooked Korean feast, unlimited drinks packages and more await you at this cosy new restaurant. From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted by the welcoming ambience, fantastic service, and a great atmosphere of authentic Korean dining experience.

Even whilst in the heart of the city, you truly feel like you're in a world of your own. Nestled perfectly on the third floor of Melbourne Central, you're able to leave the hustle and bustle of Melbourne behind and take a minute to enjoy good food, good company and the perfect night out. Whether you're looking for a date night, or you're looking for somewhere to enjoy a post-uni bite, make Buza Chicken in Melbourne Central at the top of your to-eat list.

The Best Korean Fried Chicken in Melbourne

It's a big claim, but it's well deserved. We enjoyed the half and half Korean Fried Chicken, with both the 'original' and 'soy' flavours. The soy in particular is an absolute must-have. I highly recommend getting the half and half to experience as much of the menu as possible. You will definitely want to try it all! The special Korean Fried recipe, so I'm told, is a secret recipe using natural spices that make this chicken highly addicting. Make sure to get this signature dish when you dine, it is simply not one to be missed.

New Vegetarian Option: Korean Fried Cauliflower

The latest addition to their menu is the vegetarian 'Korean Fried Cauliflower.' These bite-sized pieces are somehow perfectly soft-centred, whilst remaining crispy on the outside. As a meat-eater, I was honestly blown away by this option. It wasn't simply a substitute for meat, or only for vegetarians, it was something I would pick myself - not out of necessity, but out of sheer deliciousness.

There are many other menu options as well, such as Snow Chicken, Hot Pot Tteck Bok ki, Ginseng Chicken Soup, and a plethora of more options for all taste buds. If you want to view the menu before dining, have a look here. Tables come with their own hot plates, allowing you to enjoy your food hot always, and perfect for sharing options.

New Restaurant in Melbourne

The service is also fantastic and they will walk you through their menu and their own recommendations if Korean dining is new to you. You won't find yourself waiting long for anything either, with each table built in with a service call button, and waiters at your table, ready to assist, in a flash.

You will never leave hungry with large portion sizes perfect for sharing with your significant other, or just enjoy all of it to yourself. I'm also a big sucker for a great Instagram-able dinner, and the presentation did not fail to disappoint. Whether it's mouth-watering appetisers or perfectly mixed drinks, it looks almost too good to eat. (Almost!)

Our dine-in at Buza Chicken was one I enjoyed thoroughly, and cannot recommend any more highly of. With chicken you'll be dreaming of for months afterwards, you can't go past this new Melbourne Central favourite. Not just a restaurant, but a complete experience that is well enjoyed with good company, let the food take you on a journey through Korean dining in the heart of Melbourne.

If you'd rather eat chicken in your sweats (no judgement!), or you're after a date night at home with delicious food, Buza Chicken Melbourne Central is now on Menulog, or available for pick up. Don't wait any longer and book in your reservation for your new favourite dining experience in Melbourne at Buza Chicken.

Every dish looks and sounds delicious Taneesha. Korean fried chicken has been featured in many Weekend notes articles lately and my taste buds are anxious to try some.
