Prepare for success in the Melbourne property market
Do you want to invest in residential real estate but don't know where to start?

Learn the difference between a great investment property and a dud with this Buying an Investment Property Workshop.

As one of only four students, you will be chauffeured by Jason himself from inspection to inspection, educated about real estate qualities and how to tell the difference between the good and the bad. You will also gain a better understanding of the real estate language and how the value of real estate is assessed.

Jason will lift the lid on many insider secrets of the real estate game and each inspection is followed by a detailed analysis of the pros and cons of the subject property.

The workshops run each Saturday between 10am - 3pm, and will inspect at least 5 (Zone 1) properties during the day.

The price of the workshop is $79 which includes a light lunch at a local café, and provides further opportunity for a group discussion and review.

Each student is provided with a course guide, which is refined on the day to suit your personal needs and then double as your specific homebuyer's project plan. Each student will also receive a signed copy of Jason's book The Lucky Landlord.

Spaces are strictly limited to four people per Saturday. Please call Jason Wier on 0414 288 038 or email jason@realestateangel.com.au to book the Saturday which suits you.

What a good idea. Successful real estate investment depends on many things but if the property choice is not right at the outset it is an uphill battle. The price of this course is a small price to pay for some upfront knowledge especially as the book is thrown in.
