The Maroochy Regional Bushland Botanic Garden features a stunning mix of natural bushland koala habitat, display gardens and recreation areas. It is also an inspiring backdrop for a range of events: from performance and visual art to educational and wellbeing experiences.

It’s Australian Pollinator Week! The perfect season and reason to get out and about to celebrate the importance of native insect pollinators and the essential ecosystem services they provide, in the environment.

Join in for the laid-back Butterflies and Bees! Attracting Native Pollinators to your Garden, Guided Walk at the Maroochy Regional Bushland Botanic Garden and discover for yourself what beautiful native plants naturally attract more butterflies and bees and help to drive biodiversity in your own backyard.

This fascinating guided walk is ideal for adults and requires a reasonable level of fitness. Paths are both sealed and unsealed and may vary from relatively flat to moderate gradients. Please come dressed for a walk in the outdoors - sun-smart and enclosed shoes.

Bookings are essential. Walkers to please meet at the entrance to the Arts & Ecology Centre at the Maroochy Regional Bushland Botanic Garden.

Date and times: Saturday 9 November, 10.00am to 11.30am
Location: Maroochy Regional Bushland Botanic Garden, Palm Creek Road, Tanawha
