Butt lands in Australia straight from the mean streets
Down these mean streets a man must go ... Thus Raymond Chander described the 'Hard boiled' private eye - Philip Marlowe, Mike Hammer, Sam Spade, Lew Archer and Butt Kapinski.

Hang on, Butt Kapinski? Yep, straight from the mean streets of New York comes Kapinski, trench coat, lonely street lamp, sex and violence.

What does it matter that Butt's street lamp is attached to the back of the head and he's really commedienne Deanna Fleysher? He is alone on stage, but it's never a one-man show. The audience is included, immersed, engulfed in the fevered, fervid, story which develops in a funny, filthy journey between audience and performer.

Deanna Fleysher is a comedy artist, teacher of clown/bouffon skills and a director and performer devoted to audience inclusion and improvisation.

Butt Kapinski can be seen performing for Fringe World at The Blue Room Downstairs from the 2nd to the 4th and the 7th to the 11th of February at 8:30pm.

Tickets cost from $25 to $31 and are available from the Fringe World website here.

Be aware this show has strong coarse language, nudity and adult themes.

There will be two additional shows on the 31st January and 5th February at Hubbub Fishtrap Theatre in Mandurah at 7;45pm at a cost of $23 to $26.
