On 11.30 Sunday 6th of July there will be yet another march from Victoria Square to Parliament House.

People will have their banners ready, wearing warm weather gear and marching to protest the current budget and to advocate for people's and animal's rights.

As Australian Citizens - thousands of people are banding together to let the current Government know that they do not accept current policies.
"The new senate has its first sitting day on the 7th of July. Let's demand the Senate does the job it was elected to do and that is to represent and be the voice of the Australian people. We need to make it clear that any Senator or party that supports the Abbott governments budget will never be elected in this country again."

Many people in the Adelaide and regional Communities will be meeting at Victoria Square and marching to Parliament House.

One marcher explained that the only positive thing that had happened with the present government is that it has built a Community – a Community of Civilians – demanding Civil Rights. "Not just rights and justice for the few wealthy and elite but justice for every Australian! "

Two independant families from Millicent, in South Australia's Lime Coast will be coming to Adelaide for the third time to protest the deep drilling near Penola.

Last May the whole of Victoria Square and beyond was cramped with caring people who all had one thing in common. People were rejecting policies and laws that they believe cause harm – be it financial, emotional, psychological or physical.

At least 6,000 people were chanting and calling out – "NOT IN MY NAME!"

Activist Luke Rogers said loudly and clearly - "We are here today because we believe, we believe unlike this current Government, in a vision of Australia, that includes all Australians and leaves not one Australian behind."

Marchers will be bringing their families, children, elderly, people with disability and people who were refugees. They will be calling out to Tony Abbott - NOT IN MY NAME, as the speakers name all of the issues they believe are a problem at the moment.

These are just some of the rights that people who march will be standing for:

Animal Rights
Animal Welfare
Refugees Rights
Child Care Subsidy Cuts
Medicare Surcharge
Fracking And Deep drilling
Pensioner Assistance
Hospital budget cuts
Equal Marriage
University Cuts

The first protest event was March in March – People came in droves. The train line was blocked and there was a line up of people from Government house to the Casino. Across the road there was no room to move as people protested. There were a good few thousand people.

The next even was March in May - Victoria Square was lined all the way up to Parliament House and to the Casino. There were at least 6,000 people and some have estimated 8,000.

This Sunday is not quite the same as the last two marches because the people are not only marching as a vote of no confidence in Mr Abbott. They are voting to say that they do not accept his budget.
