Busselton is about 2 hours south of Perth and is home to the longest wooden jetty in the world. It is also a beautiful town, with historical buildings and an exquisite view of the turquoise ocean, which is annually visited by migrating humpback whales.



This year, Busselton will celebrate the 155th Agricultural Show . Apart from showcasing the best in regards to agriculture, this event is well known for the exhibiting a range of shows which include whip cracking, hacking, and jumping.

The schedule below is a list of events one can expect on this weekend. However, some events and times are subject to change.

FRIDAY 28th October

8.30am Ring Events - Hacking commences
9am Ring events - Kindergarten classes commence
11am Ring Events – Jumping
2pm Ring Events - Novelties commence
3pm Emery, Bower & Reading Pavilions open
5pm Sideshow Alley opens
5pm Walter Whip & the Flames – whip cracking show and FREE workshop
6 till 7pm Geobay Dog Training Exhibition - Track
8.30pm Monster Fireworks Display
SATURDAY 29th October

8.30am Ring Events – Hacking
9am Emery, Bower & Reading Pavilions open
9am Judging of stock & birds
9am till 3pm Stage on Centre Oval, various acts through the day
9am till 2pm SNAG Golf – FREE golf fun for kids – Centre Oval
9am till 2pm Sci-tech – FREE interactive fun - Centre Oval
9am till 2pm Bubble Soccer SW FREE – Centre Oval
TBA Busselton Brass Band
10am to 2pm Incredible Creatures – Centre Oval
10am till 2pm Balloon Modelling FREE – Centre Oval
10am till 2pm Face Painting FREE – Centre Oval
10am till 2pm Reeltime Photo Booths FREE – Centre Oval
All day Bouncy Castles – Centre Oval
2.30pm Grand Parade
Tickets to this event are $15.00 for adults, and $5.00 for juniors. Although public are allowed on Friday, the pavilion only opens at 3 pm.
