Morialta Conservation Park is located 20 minutes from the centre of the city, but it feels like you could be miles away. This lush environment is home to a lot of wildlife, which you will hear and maybe see along many of the walking tracks. The most popular walking track has a wide path which makes it accessible to all, even prams and wheelchairs, although a little bumpy in parts.

The walk follows a river through a gorge surrounded by stunning rock formations that change as the light hits the surface. As you get closer you start to hear the sound of water falling, and once you round a corner it reveals a very rewarding surprise, a large waterfall, and you can't but help pinch yourself when you realise that you are still in Adelaide.

There are many walking tracks in Morialta up to 2 hours in length with harder terrain. The park is a great place to take a picnic and enjoy the surroundings.
