Fringe World shows are held through many venues around Perth but one of the best venues has to be actually on the Swan River.

The Crystal Swan, which is a functions venue, actually cruises around the Swan River. The Bush Poetry and Yarn Spinning event is a 60-minute cruise around the Swan River while onboard, local yarnspinners recite some unique Australian storytelling. Including selected poetry from Henry Lawson and interspersed with original stories, sit back and enjoy the entertainment while viewing the beautiful evening skyline of Perth and South Perth through the large windows.

During the event, locals Peter Nettleton, John Hayes and Pete Lethbridge will be joined by James Fitzpatrick from the Kimberley region to provide a humorous storytelling night.

As the Crystal Swan has limited capacity, it is advised to book early through Fringe World .

For one show only on 7th February starting at 7pm aboard the Crystal Swan. Departs from Jetty 5 at Barrack Square. Tickets are $25 each. Doors open at 6.30pm. There is a bar and toilets on board.
