Established in 2011 in Highbury, Kate Murray conducts private personal training sessions and group classes from her state-of-the-art home gym. Having experienced her own weight-loss journey, she knows firsthand how challenging, yet rewarding, a fit and healthy lifestyle can be.
Kate takes an honest approach with her clients, wanting them to be realistic about their goals and get results through hard work and commitment. She works her clients, pushing them to their physical and mental limits. You can expect to be sore, tired and very sweaty by the end of a session!
The small group training sessions are a circuit, providing a full-body workout. Numbers are limited, ensuring you have plenty of space to go your hardest. Your first session is free so there's no excuse not to get started!
The personal training sessions can be tailored to certain muscle groups or to workout type e.g. cardio or circuit.
Kate believes in fitness, power is knowledge - not just in a physical sense but also nutritionally. Individual nutrition programmes can be requested for an additional fee. Kate also provides meal and snack inspiration through the Burn Fit with Kate Facebook page.
Kate has witnessed incredible results over the years with dedicated clients becoming fitter, stronger and healthier. She has seen people turn back the clock on their lives and bodies just by adopting a nutritionally-balanced and active lifestyle.
Burn Fit with Kate conducts regular challenges to maintain motivation and have clients learn and achieve through accountability. Fit Club is a six-month challenge combining education, workouts, nutrition, monthly fitness tests and weigh ins. The aim is to improve each month, creating a happier, healthier you.
