It's all about the humble hamburger it seems these days. But having experienced the fuss at , I can see how it has the punters coming back for more.

Burger for Josh set up a pop up at North Sydney's The Upper Deck last year for 2 months and left foodies disappointed and growling for more.

But the good news is that are back at North Sydney but who knows for how long.



was founded by Josh Arthurs in 2015 which allowed him to take over kitchens around Sydney and has developed a loyal following for his high-stacked burgers. So much so, his events became so popular they needed to be ticketed.

If you are after the traditional burger, than I wouldn't go past the J burger with its wagyu patty, American cheese, pickles, tomato, iceberg, onion and special J sauce. Its lip smacking delicious.



My next burger is going to be The Colonel with Southern-fried chicken with American cheese, lettuce, tomato and Mississippi mayonnaise.

Don't worry if you're a vegetarian, there's the Lisa Simpson burger for you. A slow-cooked field mushroom with secret sauce, beer-battered onion rings, iceberg lettuce, cheese and pickles.

Or if you have a hearty appetite, try the signature The Infamous Primo with two Wagyu patties, bacon, double cheese, onion rings and jalapeno peppers both inside and on top of the burger. Think that would be enough for a whole day's worth of meals for me.

You can't go past without ordering a basket of Jurassic fries with jalapeno sauce and liquid cheese. I recommend sharing these or else you may fall asleep at your desk after this burgerlicious meal.



There's also a bar stocking a range of artisan spirits and a beer list featuring Sydney Brewery, Young Henrys and Badlands Brewery.

will open from 11:30am – 3:00pm Monday to Wednesday and 11:30am - 4pm and 5:30pm - 9:00pm Thursday and Friday.
