Burger10's Classic Beef and Cheese Burger
Burger10, named for its 10 burgers, 10 countries and 10 flavour journeys offered, is the creation of leading Chef Hussein Jaber who has spent 25 years innovating in restaurant kitchens around the world. His creations take inspiration from the diverse tastes and textures that different countries are celebrated for. His international experience and desire to take the humble hamburger to new heights, inspired him to launch Burger10 where customers can enjoy a culinary journey through China, Korea, Italy, Greece, Lebanon, Australia, Germany, Japan, Morocco and America, the flavours of these places encapsulated in a delicious, healthy burger.
Burger10's special of the month Seńorita Burger
In addition to Burger10's regular menu, it introduces a special burger every two months, bringing another country's flavours to this tasty trip down burger lane. With recent offerings, including an Arabian inspired "Dynamite" burger, a French "Double Truffle" burger and the current special, the Spanish "Senorita" burger, this unique concept brings customers back time and time again to experience something new, knowing that their favourite is standing by on the regular menu in-between visits.
Hussein doesn't count the hours he works as he just loves what he does. He also attributes his success to the contribution and support of his staff who have been with him since launching Burger10 over 7 years ago, all of whom are active in the creative process, making it a diverse, inclusive and dynamic collaboration. This winning formula has been recognised with Burger10 being awarded Winner of 2016 City of Sydney Business of the Year & Outstanding Fastfood/Takeaway Category by Inner West Local Business Awards.
Burger10's Pulled Pork Burger
During our visit, we tasted the Classic Beef & Cheese with Special Sauce (thanks America), Pulled Pork on Charcoal bun with Kewpie Mayo and Teriyaki (arigatou Japan), Konigsberger on Pretzel bun featuring Corned Beef and Sauerkraut Hash (danke Germany) and the current special, the Senorita, a fiesta of spicy flavours featuring chorizo con carne (gracias Spain). Accompanied by generous side servings of Sweet Potato Fries, Mushroom Risotto Balls and Cajun Potato Fries with Chile Con Carne and Cheese Sauce, we were more than satisfied with the flavours, freshness and finesse that distinguished Burger10's offering.
We thought we'd bitten off more than we could chew by ordering waffles for dessert
(offered from 6:00pm to 9:30pm daily) but the light and fluffy texture with fresh fruit, vanilla ice cream and a choice of Nutella, peanut or maple syrup to top it off, was a sweet finish to a flavoursome and satisfying meal.
Burger10's menu has something for everyone, with kids' meals, vegetarian and other dietary preferences (including gluten-free, keto and options for those with allergies). Enjoy your meal with a beverage from the extensive drinks menu which includes wines, spirits and beers (try Burger10's own brand Japanese beer).
Burger10 has two outlets, located in the heart of Glebe and "The Spot Randwick" in the Eastern Suburbs. The dine-in experience is great with light, bright and welcoming décor and fast and friendly service. If you can't get to the outlets, Burger10 also offers home delivery and take away.
