The Be Friendly Burger @ Burger Theory

The Be Friendly Burger is a pretty impressive burger. It's got the usual Burger Theory burger, cooked so it's still a bit pink in the middle, on the usual soft and sweet bun. But after that things get a bit more interesting. The chunky apple slaw gives a bit of freshness to the burger, and a nice crunch, while the smoky chipotle mayo adds a bit of a kick. Then there is American cheese, and finally the crowning glory of sugar cured bacon.

It goes by a few names: The Be Friendly Burger, Burger #3, The Artburger. The latter two names are going to be used for quite a few different burgers over the coming weeks, as every fortnight for 12 weeks Burger Theory are putting a special burger on the truck menu. Numbers will be limited, and they'll only stick around for two weeks, but there is also the possibility that the more popular ones could become a regular occurrence.

It'll be sad to see the Be Friendly Burger go, but here's hoping it makes another appearance soon. You'll also be able to find the Artburgers at Pearl's Diner in Felixstow.

Would you happen to know the limit on the number of Artburgers at the diner itself?
