Located at Magill Road in St Morris, specialises in making handcrafted burgers. The burger joint appears to be working under new management, having moved to a larger place from the small shop during our last visit and including a few new items that were not on their original menu. Their new location also has ample free parking near the entrance.

The Rocky Mountain High burger had a juicy Black Angus beef patty with a lovely char-grilled flavour that I enjoyed. It also had caramelized onions, tomato, crispy smoked bacon, matured Cheddar cheese, aioli and rocket that helped to bring out the flavour of the burger.



One of the new additions to their menu is the Tofu Burger, which is so far the only vegetarian burger based on tofu that I eaten so far. Preparation of the tofu patty is quite unique, consisting of chopped up pieces of tofu that is mixed with coriander before it is fried. The tofu patty was cooked perfectly and the spring onions, sriracha sauce and kimchi salsa helped to give it a distinct Asian flavour. Sriracha sauce is the name of a chilli sauce produced in Thailand while kimchi is the name given to various types of Korean fermented vegetables. The chillies in the burger do give a potent spicy punch, so be warned if you are not used to spicy food.



Their fries have improved significantly from the disappointing soggy fries during our first visit, and are now crisp, golden brown and fluffy with the right amount of salt to bring out their flavour. The Sweet Potato Fries were also cooked to perfection, their sweet taste contrasting nicely with the salt sprinkled on them.

The place has a good ambience for hanging out with friends and it looks like they are creating a coffee foundry too.
