Easter will come early this year at The Workshops Rail Museum in North Ipswich.

The Workshops Bunny will be hopping by to say hello on Saturday, March 24th and Sunday, March 25th, 2012. From 10am until 3pm, he will be making hourly appearances, handing out free Easter treats to all he meets.

Festivities include Easter themed arts and crafts at the Eggsploration Station and a baby animal farm with free entry. The fun doesn't end there though.

Kids will also enjoy free face painting, balloons and temporary tattoos.

They can take a free trip around the museum grounds on The Workshops Express Land Train, have a play at the hands-on Nippers Railway, or visit permanent interactive exhibits and displays including train simulators and the largest model railway of Queensland.

Tickets cost $20 (adult), $11.50 (child aged 3 plus), and $59 (family of 2 adults and up to 4 children).
