If you are stuck for ideas on kids DIY, Bunnings has you covered for free. A great initiative from Bunnings to help the creative juices in kids flow. If you missed the many Bluey themed activities in 2024, then head on to a Bunnings close by in 2025 to check out their weekend activities.

The Free KIDs DIY announced for 2025 include

Saturday Feb 22 2025 - Create a D.I.Y Mini Garden
Saturday March 8 2025 - D.I.Y Garden Seed Balls
Saturday April 12 2025 - Make a Garden Picket
Saturday May 10 2025 - Creative Painting
Saturday June 14 2025 - Decorate a Doormat

Outside of the ones listed above, each Bunnings store also runs its own additional Kids D.I.Y activities, so check out the website for your local Bunnings store. In the lead-up to special events across the year, including Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter and Christmas, Bunnings create a fun shopping experience where you can take part in games, Kids crafts, giveaways, adult D.I.Y. plus lots more.
Bunnings D.I.Y Activities

The activities are usually held in the D.I.Y area or near the garden centre and spaces are limited, so bookings are necessary. The friendly staff, host the activity for the registered group and the participants also get their very own D.I.Y certificate and badge along with their creation to take home.
