Are your kids bored? Is it a Sunday? Are you looking for something fun and exciting to do with the kids that they will love and enjoy? This the place to go!

Bulla Hill Railway runs from 12pm (noon)- 4pm every first and third Sunday of the month and you can ride either a miniature steam or diesel locomotive.

The rather large 1.5 km track runs around the most beautiful scenery including views of Mount Macedon in the background. Your trip will go for about 10-15 minutes, where you will ride over and under bridges and through large cuttings and who knows, you might even catch a glimpse of a few prehistoric creatures along the way!

Better yet, why not make a day out of it! With the provided BBQ and picnic area, not to mention the awesome park located out the front, it is the perfect spot to have some lunch and provides the kids with a work out once they have finished riding the miniature locomotives.

Bulla Hill Railway can be found in the Recreation Reserve at Green Street, Bulla. Located approximately 8 km past Tullamarine Airport, and 11 km from Sunbury.

Due to safety reasons, ensure you and the kids are wearing fully enclosed footwear. Thongs, sandals and bare feet will not be permitted.

Entry into Bulla Hill is free and train rides are a cheap $3pp per ride.

A kiosk and toilets can be found on site, and don't forget to say hello to the friendly volunteer members!
