Come one, come all to this very much loved community Christmas Carol event



Buderim Community Christmas Carols isn’t just an event …. it’s a celebration of unity, joy and the spirit of giving. Every year our growing village comes together to share in the magic of the holiday season, reaffirming the strong sense of community that defines Buderim.

Proudly presented by the Buderim War Memorial Community Association (BWMCA), with the support of the Community Bank Buderim Bendigo Bank, the Buderim Community Christmas Carols kicks off with a pre-show at 5.30pm, and the main event starting at 6.00pm, concluding at 8.30pm. A gold coin donation is all that is required on entry.



Everyone is invited to come along to this very much loved and heart-warming community Christmas Carol event. As the sun sets, the sound stage in Buderim Village Park will come alive with the melodic sounds of classic carols, creating an ambience of nostalgia, pulling at the heart strings of Christmas lovers of all ages. From “Jingle Bells” to “Silent Night,” talented local performers and choirs will fill the air with the magic of the season, encouraging everyone to join in for the Christmas sing-along.



The Buderim Community Carols always showcase awesome local talent with an entertaining Christmas presentation that includes traditional carol singing. The kids and ‘big’ kids will all be thrilled with the excitement of Santa Claus making his grand entrance, spreading laughter and joy to everyone. 2024’s entertainment will once again be directed by local entertainment professional Riley Cope, with the program featuring performers from Buderim Youth Theatre, Musical Theatre Holiday Intensive and Cope Creative.



Local community organisations will be catering with great food, including hamburgers, hot dogs, sausage sizzle, fairy floss, popcorn and soft drinks, so all you need do is to bring your chairs and picnic rugs to settle in for a night of Christmas bliss under the stars. The traditional candles have given way to safer glow sticks and toys, on sale to entertain the young and young-at-heart.

The Buderim Community Christmas Carols event is the perfect festive event to celebrate the beginning of the Christmas season, capturing unforgettable moments and creating lasting memories with your loved ones.



Please note that if Mother Nature decides to bless us with rain and stormy weather, the Christmas Carols event will be relocated to the Buderim War Memorial Hall across the road.
