Fall in love with Italy
On a trip to Brisbane over the holidays, we decided to go for wander around hoping to grab a coffee and we came across this hidden gem of a restaurant - Bucci Restaurant on James Street in Fortitude Valley.
This restaurant just oozes Italian ambience. We found a table outside under the red umbrellas and picturesque large umbrella tree that provided much need shade (I forgot to ask what type of tree it is) and a bit of coolness from the humidity of the afternoon. It was also a fabulous spot to people watch.

The staff at Bucci Restaurant were friendly and attentive and our coffees arrived quickly with a yummy chocolate truffle on the side, a match made in heaven, being coffee and chocolate go hand and hand of course!
We can only give you a tidbit of the menu as our main agenda that afternoon was a coffee. We decided to, however, on looking at the menu, to get a Bruschetta Classico to share (house made sour rye flat bread with heirloom tomatoes, basil and buffalo mozzarella). But, if the Bruschetta Classico ("bellissimo" I might add), the customer's meals and the enticing menu and wine list were anything to go by, it is definitely worth a visit.
