I think I may have discovered the best Vietnamese pork roll going around. I have been going to B&T Bakery for about five years.

Since that time, I have made it a point to try a Vietnamese roll any chance I get anywhere I am, and seriously, nothing comes to close to B&T's rolls.

There's nothing fancy here, the staff are warm and friendly, there are a few tables outside should you wish to grab a coffee and eat in, but generally, it's a rushed affair—roll on the run.

You can get your traditional BBQ roll, but I prefer to get the cured pork meat as well as the BBQ pork—the result, your taste buds will thank you time and time again! Prices start from $3.50, I implore you to find somewhere cheaper to eat.

Not only are the rolls baked fresh on premise, but so is the BBQ pork and if you like, you can also buy the pork and take it home to serve as you wish.

Their menu does not only include rolls, they also make their own steam buns. Delicious.

If you're out and about on this side of town, or if you are up for the drive, I thoroughly recommend B&T Bakery—their bread rivals any other bakery, and their traditional and non traditional Vietnamese sweets are divine.

I haven't been to B&T's but Nhu Lan in Footscray also has some really yummy rolls for about the same price.
