Bryce Canyon national park lies in Southwest region of Utah. The nearest prime airports are in Nevada, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City. It is approximately 270 miles away from the park. There are also several smaller airports situated in Cedar City, Utah and St. George from where you can reach this national park.
What are the fees and permits to enter the park?
Visitors are provided seven-day entrance passes to this national park. This fee is different for people who are coming on vehicles, motorcycle, bicycle or walking. It allows unlimited use of free shuttle bus that runs from May through October.

What is the best time to visit this park?
Summer tourist season that ranges between "May to September" is the best time to visit this park. This park is open daily between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. during normal days. In the Spring season that ranges between April to October, park closes at 6 p.m. Between November to March, it closes at 4:30 p.m. Park is closed special occasions such as thanksgiving, New Year's Day and Christmas Day. Summer is the ideal time to visit the park, but fall and spring season have fewer people. Winter season lets you indulge in snowfall and other winter activities.
What weather can be expected in this park?
Bryce Canyon park is situated at a high elevation of around 8k to 9k feet, that makes it a lot cooler than other national park in Utah such as Zion, Arches and Canyonlands. Summer daytime temperature is comfortable, fall and spring season have cool nights, whereas winter can be very chilly with maximum probability of snow.

Rooms and cabins are easily between April to mid-November. Besides this lodge, you can also find other lodging options outside the main entrance of the park close to the junction of UT 12 and UT 63.
