This is one of the simplest recipes to cook up. This meal is great as a snack and in the summer time as a light meal. Just simply delicious. The taste is sensational and a hit is a healthy choice aswell. The onion gives this meal a bit of a tang. Toast the bread first to give it that crunch, then put the toppings on.
