French, 25. I love to laugh and spend hours just sitting outside with good people having good conversations. Foodie. Endlessly curious. About everything.

Since moving from France to Adelaide, trying out new restaurants and cafés has been a growing passion for me. So when a friend of mine suggested that we should have lunch on the beach front in Glenelg to catch up, I jumped on the occasion.
The Broadway Kiosk benefits from a great location, just along the esplanade from Jetty Road Glenelg. It is very pleasant to just take a seat and let time pass by while having a nice breakfast or lunch, enjoying the view. The menu gives the usual list of options, nothing groundbreaking here. I chose to have a steak sandwich and my friend took a half serve of fish & chips, and we were quickly served by the very friendly staff.
Overall we weren't disappointed by our meals, but given the fact it's more a kiosk than a café, you can't expect too much of it. The Broadway Kiosk is good value for what it is, but if you go there, you're essentially going for the view. On a side note, I would have expected the buisness to invest more in their great location, by replacing the plexi by glass windows, for example. A few changes in the furnitures would give the place a refreshed look.
