Join in and celebrate fitness with Brisbane's Biggest Workout. Some are not so lucky to experience health in all areas of life; struggling with mental health. Research shows that regular exercise improves your mental health, emotional wellbeing and lowers the rate of mental illness. With 8 people taken by suicide a day in Australia, the Brisbane Anytime Fitness group are helping members and the wider community by raising awareness and funding for a very good and necessary cause. This is a community workout and everyone is welcome.

If you have someone who is struggling, R U OK have developed The Mateship Manual: a short simple guide for those living in rural and remote Australia on how to help someone who's doing it tough. However, you don't need to be living rural or remote to get the benefit of helpful tips from this everyday resource manual. If you want to know more about R U OK, head to the website. In the meanwhile, come out in droves and show your support!
