Restaurants all over Brisbane are offering special Mothers' Day high teas, some with musical entertainment and giveaways, so spoil Mum on her special day. QPAC's Lyrebird Restaurant's Mothers Day High Tea offers sparkling wine on arrival, sweet and savoury treats, plenty of tea, and performances by
La Forza and pianist, Dave Spicer. There will also be lucky door prizes.

For something a little different try
Gillian's Garden Cafe , a delightful space situated within the Cottage Garden Nursery at East Brisbane. Noted Queensland chef, Tracy Hirst, will serve up ribbon sandwiches, devonshire tea, sweet treats and tea or coffee. The cafe is BYO. They are also offering
breakfast and
dinner menus for Mothers Day.

Ballroom Le Grand Mothers Day High Tea features all the usual mothers day treats plus sparkling wine, a showcase of ballerina costumes from Queensland Ballet and live entertainment.

Bacchus' Mothers Day High Tea might be just the thing. You and mum will be entertained by a jazz pianist while you sip tea and sparkling rose and indulge in sandwiches, scones and a range of sweet treats. There's even a gift for mum to take home. Bacchus will donate $2 from every high tea to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
