Brisbane's Best Markets

I love going to Brisbane's markets on the weekends and supporting local and small businesses. It's a great way to purchase fresh and seasonal fruit and vegetables direct from the farmers or finding a unique handmade present for a family member's birthday.

The first rule of attending any markets should be to double check with their website or Facebook page to see whether they are on or not. Markets are prone to being cancelled due to the weather and other reasons.

Here's my list of the best markets in Brisbane.

I can't believe you didn't include the Rocklea Markets. Great food area and the two different styles for Saturday and Sunday makes it interesting.

Thanks for your comments everyone. It was hard to include all the markets and some of these I haven't been to yet but I look forward to seeing what's on offer.
