No matter how you like your yoga - fast-paced or flowing, hot (yang) or cooling (yin), energetic or restorative, there will be something to suit you at the Brisbane Yoga Expo 2016.

The festival, being held across the final weekend in July, will feature a choice of nearly 40 yoga and health-related workshops by some of Queensland's most experienced teachers.
To complement the yoga classes on offer, attendees can also immerse themselves in the yogic lifestyle - participating in dance, ayurveda, massage, market stalls and live music performances. Delicious, wholesome, healthy food will also be on offer at the Brisbane Yoga Expo 2016.
Festival organiser, Jonathan Murphy, said there would be something for everyone at the Brisbane Yoga Expo 2016, even those relatively new to the ancient practice.
Experienced yogis could choose from the many workshops offered over the weekend. Alternatively for those newer to yoga, there are gentler yoga classes available, meditation and relaxation sessions and the option to receive a simple, blissful massage, enjoy great food or just relax and listen to the beautiful live music.

Workshops and masterclasses cost extra - namely, $60 for one day or $110 for two days. Tickets and a full festival timetable are available at the Brisbane Yoga Expo 2016 website.
