Oysters Galore - how many can you eat in 30 Seconds?
HOW MANY OYSTERS CAN YOU EAT IN 30 SECONDS? Well, now's your chance to find out. This is a great day out for the whole family, celebrating Brisbane Waters' primary industry, oyster farming.

There will be a music stage, cooking displays, arts and crafts stalls, wine providers from the Hunter Valley, and of course the oyster-eating competition. So loosen up those tastebuds and enter now for fame, a belly-ache and the all-important trophy.

To add even more adventure leave the car at Palm Beach and catch the ferry across, or drive the M1 north from Sydney taking the Gosford exit.
