Painting for a good cause
The Brisbane Painting and Drawing Meetup Group are showcasing their work at their inaugural exhibition at the Richard Randall Art Studio at Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens.

Artists from the groups' 700 plus membership have been invited to submit two pieces of work. Selected artworks will be for sale via silent auction with 10% of sales going to help the RSPCA.

Michael Beatty from the RSPCA will open the exhibition on opening night, Friday 30th October (6.00-9.00) and there will be information available throughout the exhibition about pet adoption.

The exhibition runs the following Saturday and Sunday, 31st October and 1st November (10.00-4.00) when there will also be drawing and painting demonstrations.

Entry and car parking are free.

So why not check out what Brisbane artists have on display? You might go home with two additions to your home, some local artwork and a new pet!
