Redheads Unite For Finn McCool's Ginger Competition
Red hair or ginger hair occurs naturally in approximately two percent of the population and more so if you have European ancestry. The colour varies from a deep burgundy/bright copper to red-orange and strawberry blonde and is usually associated with people who have a fair skin colour, freckles and sensitivity to ultraviolet light. Television series' such as Outlander and popular musician Ed Sheeran have made being a redhead quite popular, if not revered.
