After several months in mothballs because of the dreaded COVID, the Brisbane Greeters are preparing to pound the pavements once more. Gone are the bright red shirts to be replaced by a vibrant sky blue. You won't be able to miss this happy band of volunteers as they do what they know best showcasing Brisbane, and giving residents and visitors alike a jolly good time. And it's FREE!

Although we now live in the era of the new normal, something that hasn't changed are the familiar faces. OK, so we are looking a little older, but a lot wiser. Our welcoming smiles have certainly not changed as we introduce you to some hidden and not so hidden corners of our beautiful city.

As we find our feet under the wing of the Brisbane City Council, initially only two greets will be offered - the Brisbane CBD, and Teneriffe/New Farm. This offering will expand to other sites and suburbs as we find our rhythm once more. The excitement that this news has generated ensures that this will not be long in coming.
