No excuses
Commando Steve from The Biggest Loser will be on display this weekend at the 2013 Brisbane Fitness and Health Expo. (Ladies, gentlemen... settle down).

Sharing general health and fitness know-how, along with CrossFit insights, Steve and his chiselled body will grace at the Expo on Saturday only, from 10.45am until 2pm.

He will take the main stage at noon... and you could have the chance to shake his hand (and touch his abs!)

But if Steve's not your thing (pfft! Steve is everybody's thing!) the Expo still has a lot to offer.

It promises to be a mixture of all things fit and healthy (like a super delish super-food shake!), all presented under one roof, in a fun and educational atmosphere.

Do you suffer from low self-esteem because of body-weight issues? Do you hate hearing those ads asking you if you suffer from low self-esteem because of body-weight issues, because you know, deep down, that they apply to you?

On the other end of the BMI scale, are you in need of advice as to how you should properly hold your mobile phone to your ear so that your arm doesn't go numb from pressing against your ginormous bicep?

If you answered "yes" to any of the above, the Brisbane Fitness and Health Expo is for you! If you answered "no", the Expo is still for you!

We all have a body, so health and fitness is for everyone!

More than 100 exhibitors are expected at the Expo and highlights will include fashion parades, group fitness demos, free giveaways, and bodybuilding, boxing and Crossfit demos.

There will also be the staging of the Brisbane Fitness Model Search competition, and celebrity appearances (be sure to catch a healthy eating talk from Susie Burrell, one of Australia's leading nutritionists!)

Plus, there will be loads of activities for the kids.

Also, entry is free for personal trainers and fitness and health industry employees).

Following the success of the first two Brisbane Fitness and Health Expos, this year's Expo is set to be bigger and better, and will no doubt leave you feeling inspired.

In the words of Commando Steve, when it comes to health (and really anything in life… but health particularity), there should be "NO EXCUSES!"
