Lets see what's in store for the month of June for those of you that like to 'get out and about' whenever you can. Highlighted below are 3 top events that we can all look forward to, next month.
1:Noosa Long Weekend - 15th -24th June. Okay, yes, admittedly, this place is not right in the hub of Brisbane, but this event must get mention. Less than a 2 hour drive from Brisbane Central, this 'extended' long weekend event is packed with 10 days of celebration and offers something for everyone.
During the 10 days, Noosa comes alive with an entertainment program of music, theatre, dance and kids workshops. Check in here for a 'quick glance' of all events from the website.

2:Fête de la Musique - 21 June We know the date, so you can put it in your diary. This event happens in 450 cities across the world every year on the same date. For Brisbane, 2012 is the fifth year this event is celebrated. It is all about celebrating 'music' and exposing as many people to 'songs and harmony' and all that music represents.
The website summaries the event and confirms the date, however more details in the future are sure to come, so if your interested in this, check back a little closer to the time for any updates.
All concerts are free to enjoy.
3:World Press Photo Exhibition - 2nd - 24th of June An exhibition from the worlds best documentary, press and photo-journalists selected from around the world in 124 countries. In it's 55th year and with over 100,000 pictures submitted, this is not to be missed if you are interested in documentary style photography.
