Walk amongst the characters of Brisbane's story

Start or end, rejuvenate or revive with a luxurious walk along Brisbane's river.

A prized lifestyle attraction along the river of Queensland's mother city, Brisbane bursts with life as you walk from Kangaroo point cliffs, down the 'love to hate' stairs, past River City Life. Back up along the Story Bridge, down across Eagle street pier; acknowledging the city's beautiful Custom's house lit up at night, through the luscious Botanical Gardens. Now don't forget to breathe in the crisp air, past QUT, crossing over to South Bank and back along Kangaroo Point's river path.

One wheeled talented riders, social talks, walks and runs. Coupled love-bird's; old and young, whispering, caressing and sharing words, love and memories. Laughter in the sunlight from little pattering feet. Why not bring your friend, your dog, your ipad, ipod or iphone. The colours and times of life, from then and now, are told along the rivers round.

Be a local, a tourist or a seasoned visitor, the Brisbane River City welcomes you day after day. Come sunrise to sunset, you will have an experience that will leave you feeling better than you did having started, and looking forward to your next visit.

A beautiful city worth getting to know along the wonderful River CIty walk.

I walked this beautiful walk on saturday morning. It was absolutely gorgeous. As a gold coaster the only place i seem to go is Southbank and i tend to stay at the Plough Inn a bit longer than intended. This time i explored a bit further and have found there is so much more to discover.
