Activities that will operate under a COVID safe plan
With the pending restrictions, many school holiday activities have been cancelled. Below is a list of Brisbane based holiday activities that will still be operating under management of a COVID safe plan. Please check activity links for any updates prior to attending.

Inflatable Factory Southside
28 June - 11 July, 9am - 4pm daily, Mt Gravatt Showgrounds
Children can enjoy the ultimate inflatable fun with jumping castles, slides, obstacles and games.

No bookings required, tickets can be purchased at the gate or online. $19 entry for children ages 5 - 18 years, $9 for children under 4 years.

Carindale Carnival
28 June - 11 July, sessions begin every half hour from 10am-2pm, Westfield Carindale
Experience a pastel wonderland where children can play a game of skittles bowling, bounce their way to victory with basketball and toss their way to a win with ring toss.

Free entry, suitable for children 3-12 years. No bookings required, wait times may apply. This activity is only available to Westfield Plus Members with the app to be presented upon registration.

Abbey Medieval Festival (Family Fun Day)
2 July, 10am-3pm, 1-63 The Abbey Place, Caboolture
The day will be jam-packed with things to do and see that will keep your young squire or maid entertained and engaged. There will be jousters to cheer on, animals to pet, medieval games to play, and archery games.

Online bookings essential. $15 entry for children, $25 for adults or $65 per family (2 adults, 2 children).

Family-Friendly Orienteering
29 June, 5:30pm, Bushy Park, 14 Jales Street, Sunnybank Hills
Use an App and a map to navigate through the parkland. Full instructions given, bring a small torch or head lamp. $5pp, bookings not required.

Botanical Treasure Hunt
1 July, 10am, Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha
Children will love the challenge of racing against the clock to crack the clues. Throughout the hunt, participants will discover natural treasures hidden within the gardens.

Free entry, suitable for children 5-12 years (challenge for younger participants available upon request). Bookings not required, please bring your own pencil.
