It's on again! Brisbane's biggest LEGO Expo is coming to Chandler on the Queens Birthday long weekend, 5th - 7th October. For LEGO fans who haven't been before - this is an absolute must-do so mark the dates in your calendar and book tickets now. For those who have visited in the past - check out the new displays, including a massive train layout covering scenes from across Queensland and a massive Great Ball Contraption loop with an expected distance of over forty meters.

With over fifty-five individual displays, there is plenty to see for everyone. LEGO lovers young and old alike will be amazed at the variety and ingenuity of builders. Past displays have included massive Star Wars displays, famous buildings including Brisbane and Australian landmarks, a LEGO Friends City and giant beach scenes.

Of course, there will be the usual building areas, interactive displays, face painting, photo opportunities with costume characters, charity raffles and new and used LEGO for sale. The expo attracts thousands of visitors across the weekend, so it is important to book your tickets early, particularly if you would like to attend one of the special 90 minute Autism and Sensory Sessions, where the sound, movement and lighting of the displays are adjusted to help the comfort of LEGO fans with sensory issues. Tickets are available on Trybooking .

If you get hungry after spending time browsing the many displays, there will be plenty of food and drink vendors selling their wares at the venue.

So if your LEGO collection needs a little bit of inspiration to get building again, head out to Chandler for this year's BrisBricks LEGO Expo - you won't be disappointed! But remember, it is essential to purchase your tickets in advance as there are no ticket sales at the door. The sessions run from 9:00am - 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday, and from 9:00am until 3:30pm on Monday. Tickets are sold in sessions to assist flow, however, once you are in the building you can stay as long as you like.
