- Optimal Living Market and Cafe is situated in Broadbeach opposite Pacific Fair shopping centre. It is a 'must-visit' for the fit and healthy, especially those who are celiac, eat organic wholesome foods or are on a keto diet. There are delicious options on their rotating roster for vegan to meat lovers and you can order in at their cute cafe, take home meals or order online for quick delivery.

My hubby and I follow at keto diet (high fat, low sugar, and carb) and this place was an amazing find.



This cafe is extremely popular for their Bulletproof coffees and their famous "Bone Broth" , both offering excellent health benefits. They have an array of products that include their bone broth and you can have it hot and piping fresh from their soup section or frozen from their jam-packed freezers.



The women who served us were extremely friendly and helpful and even though they were busy, took the time to go through the menu and products with us. Even though we stopped in for take-away, this place is somewhere we will definitely return when we have more time.
