Parents of babies rejoice! You don't have to be housebound just because you're caring for your bundle of joy. This month, it's a bub's life for sure, as littlies and their carers can attend a free baby-friendly screening of A Bug's Life.
Yep, it's totally free to bundle that bouncing baby up and bring him or her along to the Bring a Bub Movie Screening - A Bugs Life at Logan Hyperdome Library this December the eighth.
The screening from 9.30 to 11.30am is family friendly, so if your baby or toddler can't sit still you're not going to upset the other patrons. Instead there are toys and activities on hand for them to enjoy in the unlikely event they lose interest in the fabulously engaging Disney Pixar flick.
Speaking of flicks, the film tells the tale of 'Flik', an imaginative ant who's always messing things up for his colony. After destroying food stores destined to pay off stand-over grasshopper 'Hopper', Flik and the colony of ants have limited time to gather double the initial supplies or face certain disaster.
The G-rated movie, like most Disney Pixar offerings, is colourful, fun, adventurous and entertaining for all ages. Bring a Bub Movie Screening - A Bugs Life will be free to attend, you just need to make sure you book in advance by calling the library on 07 3412 4120.
