Brilliance Symphony is an exquisite orchestra that sets out to, and succeeds in, delighting the senses. Opening with the Haffner Symphony piece by Mozart, the piece is brought to life by the skills of this amazing orchestra. There is also an amazing performance by celebrated Australian flutist Virginia Taylor, whose piece was, for me, the highlight of the show. The orchestra also plays Symphony Number 6 by Carl Nielsen, which is as beautiful as it is mesmerizing.
Held at The Concourse, Chatswood, the symphony was a great experience, the music being both relaxing and exciting to listen to. I'd recommend this symphony for anyone that loves orchestral music, however, despite not knowing much about orchestras, I thoroughly enjoyed it. While the program is over for this year, I would recommend seeing the next one when it comes out. It's a great place to take your mum out!
