Get some fresh air and enjoy the sun
Walking is great for you. It clears your mind, gets you moving and has less impact on your knees than running, but this particular walk is very enjoyable, because it can also involve coffee, find a sunny day and walk from Brighton to Glenelg or vice versa.

This walking and cycling path starts at Marino Beach and runs along the coast all the way to Semaphore, so you can walk as little or far as you like, personally I find Brighton to Glenelg and back is a quick way (1.5 hours) of getting some exercise and enjoying the ocean views.

Relax your mind and exercise your body on this coastal walk.

Many people bring their children (some with little bikes) on this walk as it's not too demanding for them and they still get to be around all facilities if little ones get fed up or need the toilet. Once you arrive at your first stop, enjoy a quick coffee and wind down a little.

Some great options in Glenelg include Grind it, Cotto and Zest. If you are walking to Brighton then enjoy a hot drink at The Edge Delicatessen or Copenhagen.

Warm your body, great cafes to chose from!

Either way you choose to go, you get a bit of everything - sun, ocean views, exercise and a warm cup to lighten up your day and break the routine a little.
