Bask on the beach at Brighton Caravan Park
Brighton Caravan Park is a true gem, hidden away in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. If you are ever in Adelaide and are looking for some relaxation, or a beachside escape with all the city amenities, then this is where you need to be. Located literally on the beachfront of Brighton, just south of the famous Glenelg, this caravan park is within a half hour drive of the Adelaide CBD.
With powered and unpowered sites, slab or grass sites, as well as various cabin configurations, there is an option for every budget. Can't afford a premium beachfront site? That's OK because you will get an ocean view no matter where you pitch your tent. Also onsite are all the amenities you need while on holiday; laundry facilities, camp kitchen, BBQ facilities, dump point, kiosk, games room and tour desk. Within walking distance are a number of restaurant and cafes
Perhaps the best part of choosing to stay at Brighton Caravan Park, besides the amazing views, is the unending range of activities on offer. The calm bay is perfect for kayak fishing, shore fishing and SUP. This also makes it a safe swimming environment for the little ones. SUP boards and kayaks are available for hire, and there is a boat ramp and fish cleaning station. If the kids are still bored after all that, there is go cart hire, walking trails and a playground to keep them entertained. During peak periods they even put on kids corner activities.
With its amazing location right on the beach, its proximity to all the main CBD attractions, and its affordability (sites start from $20 booked online), the Brighton Caravan Park is always our number one accommodation choice in Adelaide.
