Tasting the Bar Menu
The Bridgewater Mill is a stunning venue for a lunch with a loved one or a celebration! Winenutt had the opportunity to meet the Chef Ben Fenwick and taste the new bar menu. We paired with the Bent Creek Black Dog Shiraz.
The tasting menu is new menu to the Mill. We started with the Curried Pumpkin Dumplings which exploded with flavour. Followed by the Beetroot Kimchi and House-made Pastrami with Brisket. The passion Ben has for his menu and food was inspirational.
We were blown away by the quality of the food and the unique taste. The brisket was an absolute favourite. Why not take a trip up the freeway from Adelaide and test out the new menu. Following our tasting, we sat down to taste some more of the menu and can speak very highly of the quality and size of the meals. We even had a sneaky little dessert.
