Beer geeks, prepare to be overstimulated. After its highly successful inaugural campaign in 2014, Brewsvegas is back at a bar near you.



Brewsvegas is a unique celebration of Brisbane's ever expanding craft beer culture. It runs from March 21 to March 29 and features a range of craft beer-related events across various Brisbane pubs and bars.

Brewsvegas is for hardened beer nuts and craft brewing newbies alike. It aims to spread the word about the diverse craft beer venues and brewers in Brisbane and expand the beer drinking horizons of locals.



The action kicks off at the Wandering Cooks (1 Fish Lane, South Brisbane) on Saturday March 21. Opening night festivities are free entry and include a plethora of local beers, food trucks and music.



The beauty of Brewsvegas is that the celebration isn't limited to one venue each night. There are crafty Sunday sessions abound on March 22 with Brewsvegas events ranging from Beer Pong at The Shady Palms in Stones Corner to Beer Aroma Therapy at Newstead Brewing.

Keep in mind that some events, such as Beer Bingo at the Brewhouse run every day throughout Brewsvegas, so it's worth planning ahead so you can really soak up all the beers on offer.

Entry is free at all events except a few very special beer experiences, such as Craft Beer Trivia Night at The Embassy. Obviously, the cost of craft beers is extra but a good brew is priceless.



If that's not enough reasons for you to get amongst it, Brewsvegas is a non-profit organisation existing solely to promote and support the craft beer community of Brisbane. So ditch the tasteless lager, banish those Febfast blues and sample a new brew or two at .
