What does that mean?
Well, typically beerhalls and breweries have sturdy food like beef burgers, fries, and pizzas. BrewDog has a decent menu for carnivores but also a plant-based alternatives for vegetarians and vegans.
For meat options try the 'Patriot Burger', 'Cluck Norris', Buffalo Chicken, Aussie and Punk XPA Brisket burgers. You can ask to swap your protein for a plant-based alternative – 'Plant Powered Patriot', 'Clucky This Time' (plant based schnitzel) or a 'Shroom-ing' (pulled shitake 'pork').
There are also parmas, pizzas, tacos, a hoppy kids and adult menu, salad bowls, sides, wings, a grazing menu, and desserts. All items have plant-based alternatives, and the menu also has gluten-free options too. The friendly staff will happily assist you with your dietary needs.
I enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken Wings and Buffalo Cauliflower plant-based alternative which were loaded with 'punch in the face' flavour with a blue cheese dip on the side.
The Gambino pizza with prawns, chilli, garlic, and smoked mozzarella was my favourite, closely followed by the Plain Jane (margherita) pizza.
My favourite grazing option was the Crispy Squeaky Cheese, which is halloumi basted in BrewDog Raspberry Blitz Sour, seasonal berries and native pepper berry. A tasty sweet and cheesy combo with the silky soft texture of halloumi. Divine!
If you are not a fan of spicy buffalo chicken wings, try the buffalo cauliflower instead. There's a mushroom burger and bowls - if you are watching your carb intake.
Vegan Mondays - 2-for-1 vegan and vegie mains all day
Wings Wednesday - bottomless chicken or cauliflower buffalo wings and Thursday Beer launches.
