It was my first visit to BrewDog, almost under the huge Gateway Bridge, on the banks of the Brisbane River. I had passed the venue when it was being built but had not visited since it opened.

It is quite an adventure, with the shop selling BrewDog Merch on the right, and then entering the huge venue with so much to see. There is plenty of seating and tables, and so many brewery items on display.

Please note, it is a good idea to book your table in advance, especially if you are visiting over the weekend, or in the evening. It is amazing how many folks have discovered BrewDog, and how busy it can get!

There is great outdoor seating with heating at some of the large round tables.

Driving into the car park introduces you to the wonderful artwork on the side of the building.

They serve up to 28 beers from their own brewery, plus some from other local breweries. There's great food, and yes, coffee as well.

Dogs are welcome. Our family arrived with their two Australian Shepherds who made themselves at home, mostly under the table. They were welcomed by staff and a bow of water arrived shortly after the dogs, to give them refreshments.

Many friendly dogs visit, and there's lots of patting and conversations about the dogs, but very little barking.

There's a large menu, and the food we ordered received high praise!

The service is great, and we had nothing to complain about, and I made a decision to return. Perhaps again and again.
