One very tasty lamb shank pie
Last weekend I had a fabulous lunch with friends at The Breslin Bar & Grill in Southbank.
Being a self-confessed foodie who is quite new to Melbourne, I am loving the impressive array of cafes and restaurants right on my doorstep. The Breslin has an enticing menu and after much deliberation, I decided on the signature lamb shank pie.

My friends had the BBQ beef ribs, beef wellington and chicken salad - all were suitably impressed with their meals.
I must admit, I had a skerrick of food envy when the BBQ beef ribs arrived at the table and the sticky-sweet aroma filled the air. Although I was quickly distracted by my delicious and tender lamb shank pie with creamy mash. It was a perfect winter meal - hearty, rich and warming.
